The site owners are neither honest, nor interested in paying out money. Rather they are focused on generating income by conning people into paying for their things.

Lots of Money Scams
There are tons of scams out there that you need to watch out for. A lot of them advertise working from home in an effort to draw you in because they know that everyone has a home and everyone can find some extra time to try to make money.
The main problem is that they either offer unrealistic/unsustainable income sources, or else the person recruiting you doesn't provide the support you need in order to be successful. In other words, if they say you can make $40 on a $20 sale, that is obviously mathematically impossible for he company to sustain any income.
When it comes to support, make sure you talk to someone and that you make a plan together for how you will be successful before you start any home based enterprise. This will help ensure that you have someone behind you to guide you through exactly what you need to do and how to do it.

Okay, so the scam here is that you can make a ton of money just by clicking, but be sure to read the fine print. Most of these pay per click deals, like ClixSense, while they do offer low payouts, don't offer much in the way of clicking, and if you do the math, at one tenth of a cent per click you are going to have to click until the cows come home.
If you are truly interested in making money from your computer, then you need to investigate a legitimate home business, of which there are several to choose from.
Blogging, by the way, doesn't necessarily pay very much, so you may want to pass up on that particular option for now, unless, of course you can really write and have a huge team behind you.
